About Tamkeen

There are already a number of centers and associations for the disabled in the UAE, providing very useful focal points and support. However, vision impaired people still require a dedicated center to provide professional training and employment services. Tamkeen is a new center for the vision impaired, established at Knowledge Village in Dubai, which will meet this need.
